Using 15 years of therapeutic experience and a framework of developmental trauma, I specialize in both Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) and Shadow Work, addressing depression, anxiety, PTSD, pain, chronic illness, relational challenges, and anything else holding you back from living life fully and pursuing the path you want for yourself.
