About

My style of therapy is rooted in building upon clients’ existing strengths, harnessing their inherent resilience, and supporting their natural evolution towards healing. I intend to cultivate a spirit of curiosity in sessions, inviting clients to experience a sense of safety and experiment with new strategies for managing emotions and developing healthy relationships. I work with individual clients of all ages on a broad range of concerns/objectives - trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.
