In this time of unrest, feelings of anxiety, stress and depression are heightened and can affect children and adults alike. I am a Registered Play Therapist with three years of experience working with children dealing with these issues and more. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am certified in Trauma Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My approach to counseling is to work conjointly with the client to help them achieve their goals. I am currently accepting new clients and am available to speak to you via phone or online.
