I have a passion for supporting people and helping them work through trauma, healing childhood wounds, and improving their current relationships. I also enjoy working with couples, families, kids ages 12 and up, and individuals going through life transitions (graduating, starting new jobs, new family, empty nesters, etc.) I have experience working with clients with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship difficulties, self worth concerns, etc.
