As a Therapist, I work with a deep sense of compassion and curiosity to provide the best support in a sacred- therapeutic space processing thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs. The process usually entails asking difficult questions about the perpetual positioning and interpretations of past/ current situations. I'm curious to see what will emerge during our sessions and how the shift in perspective will create a more empowering version of yourself. As a Therapist, one of my goals is to be a facilitator setting up the stage, trusting and believing you can do what is necessary for growth and change, self-actualization, and reaching your fullest potential.
