I use trauma-informed and evidenced-based interventions to help individuals who are impacted by the increasingly complex and stressful world in which we live. I aspire to help clients who are affected by childhood trauma, sexual abuse/assault, religious trauma, sexuality and gender identity issues, and/or systemic racism. I am an Infant Mental Health Specialist and work with infants and children aged zero to five-years-old. My work supports young children and their caregivers during the formation of early attachment relationships.
