Each person has within them a completely unique set of potentials that are waiting to be realized. However, we often get stuck in patterns of behavior that keep us from realizing our own potential. It is so easy to fall into a rut where we go through the motions of life but feel disconnected. I work with people who are suffering from mental distress related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and self-esteem issues. I love helping my clients figure out what potential resides in them and how to live a life that feels more purposeful and meaningful.
