Welcome, I'm glad you found your way here! As a farmer and social worker, I enjoy supporting folks of all identities and tend to match especially well with tradespeople, rural residents, and/or people who feel at home in nature. I offer nature-based(walk and talk) therapy in Jericho and telehealth for VT residents. I am guided by ACT, narrative & strengths-based therapy values. I also believe relationship to place can foster healing and sense of belonging. I support adolescents and adults from all backgrounds in navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, relationships and boundaries.
