The decision to come to therapy is personal and takes both vulnerability and courage. As we work to create a life of meaning and purpose, we face anxiety, uncertainty, and other life stressors along our way. Therapy can be a turning point to help redirect you down a path of your choosing and help you gain a sense of control over your life and emotional well being. As a therapist I work to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment free space for client’s to begin their journey to healing and self-exploration.
