As someone who has personally sought counseling to navigate life’s challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take that first step. That’s why I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space, where you feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult topics. I believe in not only addressing what individuals are facing, but also in understanding how those experiences show up, in our thoughts, behaviors, and even in the stories we tell. While I have experience integrating Christian principles into sessions when desired, I welcome and enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. Whether I’m working with adults, teens, or kiddos, I approach each therapeutic relationship as a team effort. Together, we’ll explore challenges, celebrate growth, and build strengths!
