I have been providing treatment to adolescents and adults in the Bay Area since 2011. I view therapy as a collaborative process and feel strongly that treatment is most effective when individuals can share their feelings and thoughts openly. To that end, building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect is vital to a successful outcome. I use a treatment approach that is warm and welcoming and try to remain authentic and accepting in sessions.
