Many of struggle with the daily stresses of life or need support with treating anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues. I'd be delighted to help you on your path to healing in a compassionate and judgement free environment. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Counseling.
