Through the use of empathic listening and dynamic processing of relational patterns, I assist my patients in gaining insight into aspects of how they relate to self, others and the world. I also assist patients in understanding how their decision making processes and daily choices have a direct effect on their level of happiness and quality of life. In this process of building awareness around ones patterns of behaviors and choices in life, people begin to engage in life decisions that lead to a more meaningful and happier life. As a psychologist I have a deep understanding of issues pertaining to connection and integration across the lifespan, issues of self esteem and self confidence and interpersonal resolutions. Through my experience working as a hospice nurse, I have also established an expertise regarding issues of grief & loss, chronic illness and trauma.
