My name is Annastasia Gallo, I am a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and diagnoses. Clinically, I believe most personal struggles begin with maladaptive thoughts and feelings. I believe everyone has the ability to change these feelings and learn to facilitate a new thought process to achieve their goals of happiness and fulfillment. My mission as a clinician is to assist my client’s in realizing and accomplishing their short- and long-term goals.
