My approach to therapy is like me as a person: straightforward, engaged, and practical. I use humor when appropriate and try to have as good a time as possible with the process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the model I work from most while always having the Solution-Focused model in mind. I work with adults and young adults on issues including anxiety, relationships, communication, decision making, transitions, anger management, self confidence, depression, and contentment.
