Welcome to Mountains and Valleys Counseling, PLLC. Here, I want to walk with you through the mountains and the valleys of life, in a person-centered, evidence-based manner. I am a licensed professional counselor, a licensed addiction counselor candidate and a National Certified Counselor. I have several years of experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and addiction. I have training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am glad you are here today.
