I deeply value each person’s individuality and the unique experiences that shape their life. My goal is to truly understand my clients and collaborate with them to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. With years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I’ve had the privilege of not only working with clients directly but also training other psychologists, teaching psychology at the university level, and continuously refining my skills to better support those I work with. My background includes providing therapy in different settings and taking on leadership roles in mental health services I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and integrative techniques. Together, we will find the approach that best suits your needs and goals.
