Anne Kellstedt Ramirez, LCPC is an experienced professional counselor in Wheaton, IL. It is hard to have peace of mind if we're not connecting well with others, or at war within ourselves. When we are nourished in supportive relationships, we are less vulnerable to depression, anxiety and addictions. I've been assisting adults of all ages who are looking to make a change in their lives.
