Somatic Psychotherapy + Polyvagal Therapy. Welcome! Going through a difficult time or a time in which you’re flooded with more questions than answers is hard but it can also be an invitation to discover strengths and supports you may not know you had. In therapy, you are invited to take care of yourself with more commitment, find what matters most to you, and listen deeply for answers inside of yourself.
