I work with individuals and couples with widely varied issues: substance use, trauma, mental health diagnoses, relationship issues and life transitions. Together we identify the problem and then a workable solution. We identify psychological, emotional and environmental barriers to implementing solutions and consider how to overcome them. Often, understanding the role of self-compassion and self-acceptance is key to overcoming any obstacle.
