Intuition, empathy, collaboration, humor and genuine compassion are the strengths I have from 25+ years in practice. I utilize an eclectic approach including: insight oriented, trauma focused, developmental, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, supportive therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
