About

I help young adults navigate anxiety and find connection and purpose in an uncertain world. I work with adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on young adults in their late teens and twenties. People come to me seeking help with anxiety, relationship difficulties, attention issues, and academic challenges. Often, they feel stuck, struggle with motivation, or have trouble launching into adulthood. I understand that individual challenges exist in a broader social context and I bring an appreciation for vital importance of strong relationships and a sense of belonging in community. I work collaboratively with patients to help them grow more comfortable with their emotions, shift unhelpful patterns and behaviors, and build inner resources to foster deeper connections with others and a greater sense of purpose and motivation.
