I help people in the midst or aftermath of life’s upheavals, when the ways they coped with stress are no longer sufficient. I offer support for trauma, anxiety, depression; relationship strain, life changes and grief and loss. Many of my clients are experiencing self-criticism, conflict in relationships, exploration of identity related to sexual orientation, or that of a loved one, feelings of unworthiness, burnout and exhaustion. They may experience a roller coaster of emotions. Together we will navigate what is needed to heal and grow.
