I work with people who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed and confused by the struggles they feel on the inside, In spite of being smart and working hard to do all the right things, something makes them feel different in how they operate in the world. Many of my clients have felt like the've lost it at perimenopause. Or they adjusting to having small children has come with intense feelings, exhaustion, and forgetfulness. Or their children have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and/or been identified as Gifted.
