I’ve successfully helped individuals who struggled with anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I have experience working with military personnel and first responders. As the wife of a first responder for over 29 years, I have great respect for and enjoy the honor of working with first responders and military personnel, and their families. I find it is most effective to develop an integrated approach by combining techniques to develop a personalized treatment approach that is unique to your needs and goals. Sessions with me are meant to be engaging, collaborative, and compassionate. Together, we’ll create a space where you can think deeply, move toward values, and commit to a meaningful life.
