I am a therapist with a passion for helping others. My focus is to guide you to reach your goals. My values are to serve, teach, and implement effective ways to cope. I build strong therapeutic alliances with my clients, supporting them in all aspects of their life. I work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and trouble coping with daily activities. My clients range from children to adults, individuals to families and couples. I offer both in person sessions and telehealth.
