I provide individual therapy for adults who are looking for new ways to make positive changes in their lives. I help people who are struggling with trauma, histories of abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family or origin difficulties, life changes, and grief and loss. Through support, collaboration, and guidance, clients are able to improve interpersonal relationships, enhance coping skills, and develop a stronger and healthier sense of self.
