My clinical focus is improving interpersonal relationships for individuals, couples and families. I work collaboratively, in a private practice setting, valuing safety and the therapeutic relationship to create change together. In addition, I have experience with trauma related, behavioral, and anxiety disorders in early childhood and adolescence. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, including EMDR, to address behavioral, cognitive, and emotional issues, while working eclectically to best meet the needs identified by my clients.
