Grief, illness, major life changes, and caretaking for a loved one can result in worry, sleep issues, irritability and anxiety. Please know it is normal to feel overwhelmed when you or your loved one is struggling with a major life change. I work with individuals of all ages, including very young children, to help them to gain skills to cope with stress. I work within a client's abilities, and pride myself on learning about a client's culture, dreams, and physical and mental abilities to ensure they feel they are progressing towards their goals at a pace that works for them.
