We all face challenges as we move through life. These challenges can be magnified when we repeat old ways of coping that we learned at a very young age but no longer serve us as adults. What some people find frustrating is knowing what the problem is but not knowing how to change it. My job is to assist you in more fully understanding these problems and in recognizing outdated habits and transforming them from automatic reactions into behaviors that are governed by conscious choices. This self-awareness can bring about symptomatic relief and a renewed sense of control over one's life.
