Life events are like pieces of a puzzle that create the picture of where you are today. I have worked with women who left abusive relationships for the safety of a shelter to addicts/ alcoholics looking toward the path of recovery and now with mentally ill clients who seek a normal. I work on relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and codependency. I am a straightforward, caring, intuitively connected therapist that gets to your core issues to help you better understand how you got to where you are, how you can get unstuck, and how to move forward.
