I help adults with trauma and neurodivergent nervous systems who find themselves stuck in painful patterns like overgiving, over-explaining, feeling emotionally dependent, fearing rejection, or losing themselves trying to keep connection. Many of the people I work with are healing from attachment wounds, betrayal, or emotionally unsafe dynamics and want to learn how to set boundaries without shutting down. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about your triggers, your protective parts, and the emotional reactions that seem to take over in the moment.
