Counseling is available for individuals faced with the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and difficulties regulating emotions. I am a New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensed counselor with almost a decade of experience in the mental health community. I began my career as a high school history teacher, after graduating from Kutztown University, with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. I then earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Rider University, with a concentration in adolescent and young adult mental health. I have unique experience in providing counseling support to college students, as I have worked on several, local university counseling teams. I am currently certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, am an active member of the American College Counseling Association, and am core trained in the foundations of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
