Working for two decades with individuals and couples has continually shown me the value of therapy, and I have abundant respect for the courage it takes to seek help. I integrate relational, mindfulness, EFT, IFS and other talk therapy perspectives and, when it feels right for my clients, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. These latter two modalities address trauma as well as many other areas of life. A certified EMDR consultant, I facilitate trainings and provide individual/group supervision for fellow therapists working with EMDR.
