Hi my name is Anne Thode and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 16 years experience. Let’s talk about the experience I want to provide my clients in therapy: a place to feel supported and heard. Anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and infertility/family planning can feel isolating, and I want to help alleviate that feeling. With training in both Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Family/couples therapy, I combine my training with an empathetic style that I tailor to the unique challenges each patient and family is facing.
