While individuals move through life transitions and cope with personal challenges, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment. I have a strong history of working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and/or loss. Although each individual is different and has different goals, each should feel secure in their environment while discussing their struggles, goals, and direction. Examining thought patterns and events that lead to our emotional and behavioral upset can provide the ability to manage cognitive, emotional and behavioral disturbances. These can be addressed using techniques from Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, as well as grief and loss therapeutic techniques.
