Sometimes life is hard and we start to think that we might need some support. Reaching out for help can be scary, so my goal is to make therapy less intimidating. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence, offering my undivided attention so that you feel heard and supported. I value you and recognize your wholeness. Whether you are seeking support for a current situation, something that happened years ago, or an issue that seems to have always been there, I am here to support you. I partner with clients who are working through tough situations, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and more. I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable and confident in who they are. This confidence helps my clients to show up better in their relationships with significant others, family, friends, at work or school, and every aspect of life. I work with adults, teens, and children, offering support to individuals and couples.
