Are you longing for deeper connection, clarity, or ease, yet find yourself repeating overwhelming patterns? Using NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) in individual work, we'll explore what's driving these cycles while creating the relief and clarity you're seeking. I'm also passionate about bringing Internal Family Systems to young people through PAUSE, teaching children, teens, and the adults who support them how to understand themselves.
