Life can throw us some curve balls that can really make us feel like we’re stuck with no way out. I believe that, with some guidance and work, that “stuck” feeling can change. By using a mix of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, Strategic, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I believe I can help my clients achieve their goals and grow as individuals and/or relationally. It takes a lot of strength, energy, and courage to realize that a change in your life may be necessary and to reach out for help. This isn't easy work, but I'll be with you every step of the way as your coach and cheerleader. There is no "one size fits all" answer, so we will collaborate together to find what fits best for you.
