What I do is help clients identify and understand thoughts and beliefs they have that keep them from feeling good about themselves and get in the way of living life to its fullest. Each individual has a unique view of the world and relationships etched out of our early experience. If those experiences are good enough, then one is able to meet life's challenges, but if these experiences are wrought with dysfunction and trauma, meeting these challenges is much more difficult and one may require assistance from a professional who can safely facilitate exploration of the obstacles to fulfillment.
