Hey there! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming- especially if you're used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. My goal is to work with those that're curious about themselves and open to exploring your internal experiences. You don't have to have everything figured out- but you may be ready to learn new coping strategies, better understand your thoughts and emotions and reflect on patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is a collaborative practice where we work together to increase awareness, strengthen skills, and support meaningful change at a place that feels right.
