I am an Integrative psychotherapist who is able to support people who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I specialize in grief counseling, including suicide bereavement. My strengths as a counselor allow me to support people going through existential crises, major life transitions, as well as those who want to explore their spirituality. I have been a holistic health practitioner for over 42+ years, so I bring my understanding of the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to my counseling practice. I offer Energy Psychology techniques, Reiki, and Flower Essence therapy as adjunctive therapies to my counseling clients.
