As a certified EMDR therapist, and EMDR Consultant in Training, I help clients process memories and reduce emotional distress through a structured, evidence-based approach. I also provide guidance for newly trained EMDR therapists. I offer a safe space where you can be yourself. As we build trust, I’ll help you understand the EMDR process and prepare you for difficult memories and emotions in a non-threatening manner that leads to real and lasting change.
