Many people I have spoken to indicate that they do want an interactive relationship with their therapist based on trust, support and caring which are dynamics that are important for me to be able to provide to you in this process. Your view of your concerns and what you see as potential solutions are important as well. This is a team effort in helping you to move forward and live a fulfilled life. The 38 years that I have worked in this field has been a challenging and growth filled time and I continue to enjoy the process of helping others find their greatest potential. I have worked with addiction/substance abuse and anxiety/depression issues as a primary part of my practice for many years. This has included utilizing different approaches and supporting client's efforts at change by assisting them in finding what works best for their recovery.
