Do you ever feel like nobody understands you? Do you ever feel like you just need someone to talk to? As a therapist, I like to provide a non-judgmental environment with empathy and genuineness to help the therapeutic process. My intention as a therapist is to aid you in your healing journey. Don't be afraid to get help! I understand that life and its struggles can be difficult and at times may feel unbearable. I have found that sometimes people do not know why they feel anxious, fearful, angry, or hopeless. I believe we each inherently have everything we need to heal and thrive. I am trained in various modalities particularly surrounding trauma. I support clients on a journey of inner healing to understand how various parts develop in response to trauma, called Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.
