Hello, my name is Annie Bendgen. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Iowa specializing in life transitions, women's health, relationships, and codependency. Over the years I have worked with teens and adults in all levels of care including residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient. I am passionate about the work I do and love coming alongside my clients to help them break free of the beliefs, toxic shame, and other obstacles that are preventing them from moving forward and being the people they are capable of being. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
