I specialize in working with clients throughout the lifespan. I primarily work with individuals who are struggling with parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and women’s issues. Since having children, I have been drawn to helping women through the joys and challenges of parenthood and received a specialization in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I am also an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level One Certified therapists and work closely with clients to help them make decisions that align with their unique values and connect with their sense of true self.
