We all carry stories- some that shape us, and others that silently weigh us down. I believe God meets us in our pain and invites us into healing and restoration. I work with couples and individuals to gently unpack the impact of trauma and rebuild trust and connection, both within and between. Whatever your goals may be, my personal experiences and professional trainings have equipped me to combine compassion and empathy with evidenced based practices in order to bring about hope and healing to the lonely and hurting.
