About

I am a mental health counselor and have had the honor of working with adults, parents, and families who are struggling with complex thoughts and behaviors including: trauma, anxiety, depression, self- harming behaviors, addiction, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have dedicated my education to the study of trauma, evidence based practices, and person-centered treatment. Through play and art therapy I can help children work through anxiety, depression, history of trauma, and managing peer conflict. It is important to me to have a safe, welcoming, and fun space for children to express themselves in their own way.
