I draw on my diverse experience in clinical, educational, and recreational settings in my work with clients. I take a warm and engaging approach to help individuals of all ages embrace their true selves, discover their voice, and feel understood and respected within a safe and supportive environment. The ideal client would come to therapy wanting to move from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to feeling more in control and at peace. This client would desire to develop practical skills to cope with difficult emotions and to build a life that feels more authentic to them.
